Papad Samosa Recipe:

All you need is Mother’s Recipe Udad Dal Papad, boiled potatoes, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli, chat masala, garam masala, roasted peanuts, salt, coriander, and oil.

In a pan, heat some oil and add mustard seeds and green chilli to it. Once the mustard seeds start to crackle, add the boiled potatoes. Don’t forget to mash the potatoes before adding. Now add all the spices to it, along with the roasted peanuts. Mix it well, and lastly, add the chopped coriander just before turning off the gas. Cut the papads right from the middle, dip them into water, and make them small cones. Fill the cones with the previously prepared mixture and give them a samosa-like shape. To close the cone, you can use a cornflour and water paste. Fry it in a little bit of oil on medium flame, and voila! Your papad samosas are ready to savor.
