Ingredients

  • 1 raw papaya, julienned
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • Handful of beansprouts
  • 1/2 onion sliced thin
  • 3 tablespoons of mint
  • 3 tablespoons of coriander
  • 1 big red chili, chopped finely
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon of jaggery
  • 3 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 tsp Rice Bran Health oil

METHOD

  • Mix jaggery, garlic, red chilli, lime juice and Fortune Rice Bran Health oil in a bowl. Whisk with a fork until emulsified and smooth.
  • In another bowl mix all the vegetables and herbs. Top with dressing and toss to coat.
  • Serve at room temperature or chilled
