Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups small curd creamed cottage cheese or thick yogurt(dahi)
  • 2 tablespoons milk 
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice 
  • 2 teaspoons grated onion 
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese or any local cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or cilantro (kothimbir)
  • 1 medium capsicum (simla mirchi) of your favorite colour
  • Cut Raw vegetables( cauliflower, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes….)

 

METHOD

  • Place cheeses, milk and lemon juice in blender.
  • Cover and blend on medium speed, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth.
  • Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
  • Cut off top of capsicum and hollow out.
  • Spoon the dip into capsicum.
  • Serve with raw vegetables.
  • Makes about 1/2 to 2 cups. Easily Doubled.
