For The Chocolate Spread (makes 8 Tbsp Approx.)
Method For the chocolate spread
- Melt the butter in a non-stick pan, add the cocoa powder and cook for a minute while stirring continuously.
Add the milk and sugar substitute and cook while still stirring continuously till it thickens. Keep aside.
How to proceed
- Take a bread slice and cut its sides. Apply 2 tablespoons of the spread and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of oats evenly on the slice and roll up like a swiss roll.
- Cut it into 3 equal portions.
- Repeat with the remaining bread slices and chocolate spread to make 9 more pinwheels.
- Serve immediately.
