Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice   flour
  • 2 cups all purpose (Maida) flour
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (rai) seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cumin (jeera) seeds
  • 2 teaspoon cream of wheat (rava)
  • Salt to taste.
 

METHOD

  • Mix maida: rice flour in the ratio 2:1
  • Add about 2 teaspoon of rava .
  • Add water and mix.
  • Let it be thinner than normal dosa.
  • To this add chopped green chillies, few cumin (jeera) seeds (jeera), salt to taste (about 1 teaspoon).
  • Add some splattered mustard (rai) seeds.
  • Make dosas as described in masala dosa, but make the dosas more thick.
  • The same procedure can be followed with wheat flour instead of maida
