Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped onions and garlic
  • 2 Carrots,finely julienned
  • 100 grams French beans,finely sliced
  • 2 Spring onions, thickly sliced
  • 2 cups Cooked rice,cooled

METHOD

  • In a wok, heat oil and stir-fry onions and garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in cold rice and mix well.
  • Toss gently; heat for 1 minute and serve
