Ingredients

  • 3 small tomatoes - cubed
  • 1/2 fresh watermelon - seeded and cubed
  • 2 tsp sugar1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small onion, sliced thin
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp Rice Bran Health oil
  • A pinch of black pepper
 

 

METHOD

  • Combine watermelon and tomatoes in a large bowl; sprinkle with sugar and salt, tossing to coat. Let stand 15 minutes.
  • Stir in onion, vinegar, and Rice Bran Health oil. Cover and chill 2 hours. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper to taste and serve.
