Cooking Instructions :
  • In a bowl mix all our Tikka Barbeque Marinade with 1tsp lime juice & 1tbsp oil.
  • Add this mixture to chopped 500 gram boneless lamb pieces and marinate for 30 mins.
  • Oven or BBQ.

OVEN : Skewer the marinated Chicken pieces and roast in preheated oven at 170-200°C for 15-20 mins.


BBQ : Skewer the marinated Chicken pieces and place on a bbq, Baste the Chicken skewers with oil occasionally until cooked.


Mother’s Tip : Serve with sliced Onions and enjoy with Mother’s Recipe Mint Chutney.
